Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support this goal, giving employees a chance to connect with like-minded coworkers, engage in career development and community projects and lend their voices to district initiatives.

 

ERGs provide our staff members with a support system where they can network and connect with colleagues who share similar backgrounds, experiences or interests. These employee-led groups are structured to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace that aligns with the mission, vision and policies of our district.
